Refund Eligibility

Refund requests may be considered within 7 days of purchase if course access has not been substantially used or downloaded.

Refunds may not be available after significant course consumption, certificate issue, misuse, or violation of our terms.

Approved refunds are generally processed within 7 to 10 business days through the original payment method where possible.
